Which currencies do you support?
We process payments in the currency displayed at checkout for your region. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
When is my card charged?
Usually at the time of order placement. Some banks first show an authorization before final capture.
Why was my card declined?
Common reasons include insufficient funds, address mismatch, 3-D Secure not completed, or your bank blocking international e-commerce. Contact your bank or try PayPal.
Do you add payment surcharges?
BarvapePro does not add a payment surcharge. Your bank or PayPal may apply their own fees or currency conversion.
Can I split payment across methods?
Not at this time. Please place separate orders if needed.
Do you store my card details?
No. Full card details are handled by our payment gateway and are not stored on BarvapePro servers.
