Welcome to BarVapePro (“BarVapePro,” “we,” “us” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of barvapepro.com, customer accounts, checkout, order support and related website services (together, the “Services”).

By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from this page, including the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, do not place an order or continue using the Services.

Mandatory consumer rights in your country apply regardless of any provision in these Terms that cannot lawfully limit or exclude them.

The Services and age-restricted vaping products are intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old, or the higher legal age for purchasing vaping products in their location.

By browsing age-restricted sales content or placing an order, you confirm that you meet the applicable legal age, that the purchase is lawful in your location and that the products will not be supplied to a minor.

BarVapePro or a specialist provider may request age or identity verification before accepting or shipping an order. An order may be held, rejected or cancelled when verification fails, information cannot be confirmed or the order appears inconsistent with local law.

Nicotine is addictive. Vape products are not medical devices and are not sold as products that diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease or as guaranteed smoking-cessation aids.

Read the product information and warnings before use. People who are pregnant or nursing, have relevant heart or lung conditions, are sensitive to nicotine or e-liquid ingredients, or are unsure whether vaping is appropriate for them should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

• Battery safety: use only suitable charging equipment, keep devices away from excessive heat and stop using any battery that is damaged, swollen, leaking or overheating.
• Product integrity: do not puncture, dismantle, modify or refill a product unless the manufacturer specifically designed it for that purpose.
• Storage: keep devices, pods and e-liquids away from children, pets, food and drink.
• Disposal: follow local battery, electronic-waste and e-liquid disposal requirements.

You may create an account to save information and manage purchases. You are responsible for providing accurate details, protecting login credentials and controlling activity carried out through the account.

Notify support@barvapepro.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. BarVapePro may require a password reset, restrict access or suspend an account where fraud, abuse, security risk, policy violations or unlawful activity are reasonably suspected.

An order submitted through the Site is an offer to purchase the selected products. BarVapePro may accept, reject, limit or cancel an order where legally permitted, including because of stock availability, an obvious pricing or description error, destination restrictions, suspected fraud, payment failure or failed age verification.

Quantities may be limited per customer, household, account, payment method or delivery address. Automated messages confirming receipt of an order do not override a later lawful review or cancellation.

If BarVapePro cancels all or part of an order after payment has been captured, the amount paid for the cancelled portion will be returned to the original payment method.

Prices, promotions, product availability and variation options can change before an order is accepted. The price and currency displayed at checkout for the selected order are the amounts submitted for payment.

VAT, GST or similar taxes may be collected at checkout where required. Unless the checkout or shipping information expressly states otherwise, customers are responsible for destination duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and lawful customs compliance.

Obvious pricing, currency or content errors may be corrected. An affected order may be cancelled and any captured payment refunded where fulfilment at the erroneous price is not legally required.

Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout and may include supported cards, PayPal or other methods listed on the Payment Methods page. Availability can vary by order, currency, destination and payment-provider review.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method and that the billing information is accurate. Payment providers and financial institutions may perform fraud screening, 3-D Secure authentication, authorisation or currency conversion.

BarVapePro does not store complete card numbers or card security codes on its servers. More information is available on the credit card payment page.

BarVapePro ships only to destinations and delivery methods available for the order. Product, nicotine, carrier and import restrictions can differ by country, and the customer is responsible for confirming that purchase, import, possession and use are lawful at the destination.

Published processing and delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Customs review, carrier disruption, holidays, weather, security checks and events outside reasonable control may extend delivery.

For consumer orders in the EU, EEA or UK, risk normally transfers when the goods are physically delivered to the consumer or a person identified by the consumer, subject to mandatory local law. Different commercial terms may apply to business or reseller orders.

Missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered parcels should be reported promptly using the procedure in the Shipping Policy.

The Refund and Returns Policy explains the voluntary return window, eligibility, evidence, return shipping, inspection, exchanges and refund process.

Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase after receiving the goods, subject to statutory exceptions. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons can be excluded after unsealing; for vape products this may include opened e-liquids, used mouthpieces, opened pods and other items that cannot safely be resold.

Business, wholesale and reseller orders generally do not receive consumer withdrawal rights. Nothing in this section removes legal remedies for goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

BarVapePro presents information about disposable vapes, rechargeable and refillable devices, multi-flavor products, shisha-style devices, e-liquids and related accessories. Manufacturer-stated puff counts are estimates and are not fixed usage guarantees.

Specifications, colors, packaging, images, flavor names and included components can vary by production batch or selected variation. Screen settings can also affect color appearance. Review the product page and selected variation before checkout.

Products and variations may be changed, restricted, discontinued or removed without advance notice. Offers are void where prohibited by law.

You must use the Services and products lawfully and must not:

• misrepresent identity, age, eligibility, delivery location or payment authority;
• bypass age verification, security controls, purchase limits or destination restrictions;
• upload malware, interfere with Site operation or attempt unauthorised access;
• scrape, spider, harvest or systematically extract Site data without written permission;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights;
• use the Services or products for fraud, unlawful resale, unlawful import or another prohibited purpose.

Site content, including BarVapePro text, layouts, graphics, logos, photographs, product curation, software and code, is owned by or licensed to BarVapePro and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view, print or download reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial shopping use. Reproduction, republication, resale, commercial extraction, modification or distribution requires prior written permission unless law permits otherwise.

Third-party vape brand names, product names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on BarVapePro does not transfer ownership or imply a relationship beyond the lawful sale or description of products.

If you submit a review, comment, image or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not contain another person's personal information without permission.

You grant BarVapePro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, translate, display and use the submitted content in connection with the Services and promotion of the relevant products, subject to applicable privacy and consumer law.

BarVapePro may moderate, reject or remove content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, infringing, unsafe, unrelated, promotional spam or inconsistent with these Terms.

The Services may link to or integrate payment processors, age-verification services, analytics tools, delivery carriers, tracking pages, social platforms and other third-party services.

Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy notices. BarVapePro does not control external content or guarantee that a third-party service will always remain available, but this does not remove any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

The Privacy Policy explains the personal information collected for accounts, orders, payments, age checks, fraud prevention, delivery, cookies, marketing and customer support, together with the rights that may be available under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes legal guarantees or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.

Outside those mandatory rights and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as available” basis. BarVapePro does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content or permanent availability of every product, variation, feature or third-party service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to the previous paragraph and to the maximum extent permitted by law, BarVapePro is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, loss of business, revenue, profits, data or goodwill, or losses caused by unlawful import, misuse, modification or failure to follow product instructions.

For consumer claims, liability remains subject to mandatory local law. For business claims, aggregate liability arising from an affected order is limited to the amount paid for that order unless a higher amount is required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

This section applies only to business, wholesale and reseller users, and only to the extent permitted by law. A business user agrees to indemnify BarVapePro against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising directly from that user's unlawful resale, false eligibility statements, infringement of rights, misuse of products or material breach of these Terms.

This section does not apply to an individual acting solely as a consumer.

BarVapePro is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemic restrictions, war, civil disturbance, government action, customs action, labour disputes, carrier disruption, payment-network failure, telecommunications failure or major cyber incidents.

This section does not remove refund, delivery or consumer remedies that mandatory law requires when performance cannot be completed.

BarVapePro may suspend an account, restrict access, hold an order or end use of the Services where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security threats, legal non-compliance, abuse or a material breach of these Terms.

Clauses that by their nature should continue after termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, privacy, liability, dispute and business-user provisions, remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

BarVapePro may update the Services or these Terms when products, payment methods, shipping arrangements, technology, business practices or legal requirements change.

The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will receive any additional notice or consent required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that already apply to an accepted order.

Unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise, these Terms and non-contractual disputes connected with them are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction.

Consumers retain the benefit of mandatory protections and access to courts or consumer dispute bodies available under the law of their country. The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer available; consumers may consult the current national consumer-redress bodies or local authorities that apply to them.
