We currently ship to most European Union countries and the United Kingdom. If your country does not appear at checkout, shipping is not available there because of carrier or customs restrictions.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes:
- EU & UK: 7–15 business days, depending on which warehouse holds the stock.
- Delays may occur during holidays or customs inspections.

Tracking

DDP shipping for EU and UK orders
Shipments to the European Union and the United Kingdom are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so no extra customs charge is expected when the parcel is delivered.
Applicable duties and taxes for EU and UK shipments are handled before the parcel reaches you.
Customers in supported EU and UK destinations should not be asked to pay an additional customs charge at delivery.
