Shipping Regions
We currently ship to most European Union countries, the United Kingdom. If your country does not appear at checkout, shipping is not available there due to carrier or customs restrictions.
Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes:
- EU & UK:7–15 business days (depends on which warehouse the stock is in)
- Delays may occur during holidays or customs inspections.
Shipping Methods & Fees
Orders are shipped via trusted couriers such as DHL, DPD, or UPS.
Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Customs & Taxes
Shipments to the EU, UK are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)—no extra charges upon delivery. For other destinations (if enabled later), local duties may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and offer assistance.
